Laboratory Testing Terms and Conditions

All laboratory testing performed, and results obtained by DVO are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

• DVO’s laboratory facilities are neither registered nor certified. Therefore, any laboratory testing performed by DVO and/or laboratory test results obtained by DVO are unofficial and uncertified. In no event should DVO laboratory test results be exclusively relied upon as a measure of digester performance, substrate performance, or suitability of the substrate for digester use.
• DVO offers no representations, warranties, or guarantees, express or implied as to digester performance, substrate performance, or methane production based on any laboratory tests or test results.
• Any laboratory test results are the result of the sample provided, and may not be representative of the substrate itself.
• DVO disclaims all liability for changes to the substrate composition and any resulting changes to biochemical methane potential.
• The laboratory testing performed by DVO is designed to measure biochemical methane potential only. DVO disclaims all liability for use of these results for other than their intended purpose.
• The test results described above were achieved under carefully controlled parameters in a laboratory environment. DVO makes no representation, warranties, or guarantees, express or implied, as to biochemical methane potential of the tested matter when combined with other substrates or materials.
